Team Leader

SUMMARY:
Our client in the high speed manufacturing industry is looking for a Team Lead Designate (in training) for their state of the art facility in Pinetown.

POSITION INFO:

The successful incumbment will need to already have solid leadership and technical experience and be willing to learn and understand the clients machinery and processes. A miimum of 2 years in a Team Lead capacity with solid hands on FMCG production experience.  This role require a suitably qualified individual that can offer a MINIMUM N6 electrical/ mechanical/ instrumentation or mechatronics qualification as extensive technical problem solving, PLC maintenance and a background working on machinery is a must have. Tool and mould change experience is an added plus point. If you are open to working shifts (for leave cover as and when required) and prepared to be hands on then this will be a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to join this fast paced manufacturer.
