JOB SUMMARY:
Leading telecomms provider in SA is looking to recruit Customer Service Team Leaders for their contact centre responsible for leading and managing customer services agents.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ideal candidates must be able to:
Lead and motivate advisors
Coaching of agents.
Create a positive work environment.
Manage agents inline with SLAs.
Reporting team performance, trends and other required reports.
Manage people processes.
Manage escalations.

Education & Experience:
· Post Matric Certification
· 3 + years of team leader / supervisory experience
· 2 + year of call centre consultant experience
· Coaching experience
· Experience in sales
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Advanced excel analytical skills
· Problem solving ability
