POSITION INFO:

- Technical design of the Monitoring environment
- Technical/Forensic investigations
- Technical Management (ITIL)
- Application Management (ITIL)
- License Management
- Capacity and Availability (Infrastructure)
- Problem Management
- Data Security
- Network Switching and Design
- 3rd Level Technical and Operational Support
- GDPR Compliance (IT Control)
- All Customer Design Templates
- Data/Server and Application Migration
- Process Owner
- Technical assistance
- Customer Engagement
- Ability to resolve complex service interruptions/outages
- Product Catalogue Skill alignment
- System Administration
- Performing additional work outputs related to the role

Experience Required

- Function related experience: 8 years
- Leading teams: 5 years
- Project experience: 8 years
Other experience: 8 years in IT, Work Force Management, Access Control, CCTV and Telecommunication field

Qualilfication Required

- ITIL V3
- Qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Qualification in Networking and/or Products specific to the NEXTEC product and service catalogue
- Ability to build consensus and relationships with customers (internal and external) and service delivery team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced Technical skill level
- Solid understanding of SIEM and data security
- Solid understanding and support capability of NEXTEC Product and Service Catalogue
- Solid understanding of Solution design and implementation
- Understanding of ISO9001
- Qualification in Change Management (ITIL)
- Solid understanding and ability in Problem Management
Understanding of the POPIA and GDPR Act
