The Role: Team Manager/Lead
The purpose of this role is to provide leadership and management to ensure financial targets are achieved for the individual, team, and organisation. It contributes to the business by motivating a team of Career Consultants to deliver excellent results and supporting the growth strategy of the organisation. The main focus areas include coaching, performance management, and driving the sales pipeline to ensure new business is converted.
Key Responsibilities

Possess a minimum of two to three years of direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity.

Lead a team of Career Consultants to achieve KPIs and targets established by the organisation.

Provide team leadership, coaching, training, and assistance with induction training.

Manage professional development and performance management, including dealing with disciplinary matters.

Collaborate with the Sales Director to ensure the sales pipeline is full and business is converted.

Establish sales goals and implement plans to meet those goals.

Conduct team meetings and provide 2nd voice calls to support team members.

Develop and manage long-term relations with service providers to ensure operational smoothness.
About You

Minimum of two to three years of direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity.

Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.

Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, and account development.

Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.

Exceptional verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills.

Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

Experience with customer relationship management software.

Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
