POSITION INFO:

Processing of Accounts - Accurately process accounts using an in-house system as well as re7; issue and review invoices; follow up on outstanding accounts and resolve queries; settle accounts as per service level agreements; timely settlement of claims; manage cash receipts and allocations onto the re7
Month-end, Quarter-end and Year-end Processes - Preparation of monthly cedent reconciliations of accounts receivable and accounts payable; Checking the reasonability of pipeline premiums as generated by the Corporate Actuarial Team on a quarterly basis
Outstanding claims - Maintain records together with the claims team and follow up on outstanding claims; review possible duplicate claims and reverse these if required.
Manage of client relationships - Timeous and relevant communication with all clients; interaction with internal and external auditors at year end; attend regular meetings and interact with other units within the company
Data Quality Management - Clear all errors on the in-house system and ensure all entries are posted timeously.
