One of my trusted clients seeks the expertise of an IFRS 17 guru to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

I am directly assisting a client in the insurance space and they urgently seek to employ a Technical Accountant. They are looking for an individual who is passionate about financial accounting, who is enthusiastic and has either audited or physically dealt with IFRS 17 or IFRS 4. The relevant IFRS standard is unfortunately non-negotiable as it is a requirement for the insurance space.

Education:

Qualified CA(SA)
Minimum 5 years post articles experience in an insurance company or inside the audit firm

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Annual financial statements
Management Accounts
IFRS 17 compliance
Drafting papers
Stakeholders relationships
