SUMMARY:
Technical advisor needed in Midrand 5 yrs exp in HVACR (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Refrigeration) Systems operation and control Air-conditioning Trade Tested and/or 10 years experience in the air –conditioning field Ability to provide technical direction and on the job training MULTI V System installations Email taryn@khulanathica.com Ref as Technical Advisor www.khulanathica.com

POSITION INFO:

1. Field service support and supervision of all equipment installed base for South Africa, [Export Countries Upon Request]
2. Commissioning of all MULTI V System installations as installed by responsible dealer/s
3. Management and attention of all site call-outs, equipment failures and fault trips
4. Accurate and professional reports for all commissioning and site work
5. Academy management and training of all course material to attending students
6. LATS Design of all MULTI V System tenders and enquiries
7. Technical rectification in liaison with Engineering Support in Korea
8. Manage client technical questions, queries, incoming via sms or mobile
9. Auditing of all equipment installations performed by Dealer Network where any unit failures may occur
10. Installation supervision, [MULTI V Systems], where necessary
11. Upon request only by the AE Division to support The Engineering Team with Mechanical Consultant visits and projects, [South Africa and Export Countries]

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in HVACR (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Refrigeration) Systems operation and control
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Air-conditioning Trade Tested and/or 10 years experience in the air –conditioning field
• Ability to provide technical direction and on the job training
• Ability to work under pressure
