Technical Business Analyst (12 month contract)

SUMMARY:
The Technical Business Analyst will support one of our key enterprise clients on a major digital transformation initiative. You will be working closely with business stakeholders, solutions architects, and delivery teams to analyse, document and optimise business processes.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and automation.
• Gather, document, and validate detailed functional and technical requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Work closely with solution architects and Developers to translate requirements into practical, scalable solution designs.
• Support the implementation and delivery of workflow automation, digital forms, and document management solutions, using platforms such as SharePoint, Nintex, K2, or Power Platform.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements validation sessions, to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Map current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes and contribute to process re-engineering initiatives.
• Develop clear, comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as a key liaison between business teams and technical delivery teams, to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Assist with testing, user acceptance, and rollout activities to ensure that solutions meet business objectives and deliver measurable value.

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst on digital transformation or automation projects
