POSITION INFO:
Education

Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field).
Industrial Engineering degree advantageous—your technical edge will help you excel in complex sourcing environments.
Additional coursework or training in supply chain, commercial management, or engineering principles is beneficial.

Certifications & Licenses

Professional procurement certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, CSCP) are an advantage.
Any relevant technical or industry-specific certifications will strengthen your profile.

Experience & Skills Required

4–6 years’ experience in procurement, technical buying, or strategic sourcing in a complex or engineering-focused environment.
Proven ability to develop and implement negotiation strategies and define strong commercial terms.
Track record of cost savings through negotiations, new concepts, supplier innovations, and improved SLAs.
Experience with strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, and category management.
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering and operations teams.
