Education:

Bachelorâs Degree required (Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field).
Industrial Engineering Degree advantageousâyour technical edge will help you excel in complex sourcing environments.
Additional coursework or training in supply chain, commercial management, or engineering principles is beneficial.
Certifications & Licenses:
- Professional Procurement Certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, and CSCP) are an advantage.
- Any relevant technical or industry-specific Certifications will strengthen your profile.

Experience & Skills Required:

4â6 yearsâ experienceÂ in procurement, technical buying, or strategic sourcing in a complex or engineering-focused environment.
Proven ability toÂ develop and implement negotiation strategiesÂ and define strongÂ commercial terms.
Track record of cost saving through negotiations, new concepts, supplier innovations, and improved SLAs.
Experience withÂ strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, and category management.
StrongÂ analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering and operations teams.
