SUMMARY:
Are you experienced with AutoCAD and understand 3 D drawings with the expertise of being an experienced estimator within a manufacturing company?
Our Client based in the northern suburbs requires your customer relationships building skills providing customers with the right products and services timeously.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS
Matric, National Diploma highly advantageous
Estimating experience in a Technical background
CAD (2D and 3D)
Code 8 driver licence (must)
Computer Literate (Excel)
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
Active listener, establish and maintain relationships with customers
Excellent confident negotiation skills
Primary focus must be customer service and service delivery
Manage time well and multitask with ability to work under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team

DUTIES
Review information and understand customers’ requirements to determine material and labour requirements.
Prepare estimates to serve and meet customer needs.
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
Support customer understanding during the quoting process.
Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers.
Keep management informed by updating results reports.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Upsell other departments and ensure that we do not lose a customer.

Salary: R20k negotiable on current experience
