Duties:

Customer satisfaction!

Optimizing and repair of machines
Parts and service support
Diagnostics and fault finding
Customer and dealer support
Team management
Sales and training support
Workshop and field advisor
Principals and dealership meetings

Requirements:

Hold a trade license in Diesel, Motor or Earthmoving Mechanics
Strong communication skills
Workshop management experience
Sound knowledge of the agricultural sector
Willing to travel extensively
