SUMMARY:
Client based in Gauteng is looking for Technical project Lead : Project lead skilled in Solutions/Systems development, who will act as a team lead on technical projects, manage teams, project requirements and be the go-to technical expert. Client is in the Digital/IT Industry

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications and Experience:

BSC Computer Science or BCom Honours Information Systems (Required)
5 years’ experience in Enterprise application development in an agile delivery environment (Required) consisting of:
2 Years in a Solution Consultant, Solutions Analyst, technical lead or sales engineering role (Required)
2 years of experience in Enterprise Solutions architecture (Preferable)
2 years of experience leading an agile digital team (Required)

Skills:

Experience in Enterprise Solutions/Systems Analysis Skilled in Java
Experience in at least one of the programming languages used in back end development, eg C#, Python.
Agile Methodology
Digital team Leadership
Testing
Experience in Project Management
Experience in Business analysis

Key Responsibilities:

Be the technical lead on projects
Manage projects and teams
Establish and document prospective client’s solutions, roadmap, priorities and requirements.
Run agile sprints with sprint feedback sessions and demos for Business and Technical teams and demonstrate the value of the solution.
Build a Rapid Prototype / Proof of concept for the client.
Evaluate the client’s environment, platforms and IT landscape to create a roadmap that is suitable for the prospective client.
Establish and document the prospective client’s business and IT risks.
Drive client’s digital factory setup/ramp-up plan and team onboarding plans.
Plan and provide Bootcamp training to prospective clients.
Manage and Support Solution Delivery activities.
