Job Description:

The ideal candidate is a proficient finance expert skilled in IFRS 17, financial statements, and adhering to tax laws. This position entails conducting detailed financial analyses, managing tax responsibilities, aiding in audits, and maintaining legal compliance. The role supports financial leaders, plays a part in policy creation, and manages tax and regulatory filings. Primary duties encompass financial reporting, budget planning, and cash flow management. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills, contributing to the finance division's strategic and accurate financial operations.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
CA(SA) beneficial
At least 3 years’ experience in the property industry
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of IFRS and VAT Act
