SUMMARY:
Our client has an opportunity available for Technical Sales person in the Western Suburbs of Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Valid driver license
  • Previous electronic security experience preferred

KPAs:

  • Technical Repairs (limited – basically go/no go testing, replacement of fuses and basic repairs etc. larger repairs to be send to SCW HQ repair shop or suppliers)
  • Technical telephonic, counter and site support
  • Basic quotes on Pastel, know the pricelists and all matrix templates
  • Profiling data base form DMS list
  • Training the branch installers on Company''s products and solutions as required
  • Preparing and maintaining the Tech support area at the branch
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Stocktaking
