SUMMARY:
Our client has an opportunity available for Technical Sales person in the Eastern Suburbs of Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Grade 12 Certificate
Valid driver license
Previous electronic security experience preferred

KPAs:

Technical Repairs (limited – basically go/no go testing, replacement of fuses and basic repairs etc. larger repairs to be send to SCW HQ repair shop or suppliers)
Technical telephonic, counter and site support
Basic quotes on Pastel, know the pricelists and all matrix templates
Profiling data base form DMS list
Training the branch installers on Company''s products and solutions as required
Preparing and maintaining the Tech support area at the branch
Weekly and monthly reporting
Stocktaking
