JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in Brackenfell is seeking a Technical Sales Administrator to join our sales team.

You will serve as a point of contact for our technical customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

Key Performance Areas/Responsibilities

Receiving and processing purchase orders

Issuing sales transactions

Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details

Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information

Maintaining and updating sales and customer records

Compiling monthly sales reports

Expediting orders through internal liaison

Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments

Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Requirements

Should be able to communicate in English and Afrikaans

Minimum level of education: Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

Own reliable Car and driver’s license.

1-3 years’ experience in a similar role

Computer Literate (Excel, ERP System).

Non-EE member
