JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking to appoint a Sales Administrator to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Receiving and processing purchase orders
Issuing sales transactions
Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
Compiling monthly sales reports
Expediting orders through internal liaison
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

REQUIREMENTS:

Should be able to communicate in English and Afrikaans
Minimum level of education: Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
Own reliable car and driver’s license.
1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
Computer Literate (Excel, ERP System).
