SUMMARY:
Responsible for the sales of welding machines and welding consumables, gas and gas cutting equipment, power tools, lifting equipment, generators, abrasives, hand tools, compressors and PPE.

POSITION INFO:
Key functions

Maintain and develop relationship with customers by providing support, information, and guidance
Recommending solutions
Visiting and quoting customers
Maintain quality service by enforcing company standards
Invoicing customers and order stock to complete customer back orders
Following up on customer back orders
Cold calling to expand customer base
Arranging and doing demos on welding machines
Reach monthly targets and GPs as discussed by Management and according to contract on a monthly basis (Sales and Rentals)

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualification: Matric
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Code 8 driver’s license
Working with customers and maintaining customer relations
Technical sales experience
Experience in the welding industry a benefit
