SUMMARY:

Are you a results-driven leader with a strong technical background and a passion for customer excellence? We’re looking for a Technical Service Manager to lead a high-performing service team and ensure exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. This role combines leadership, business acumen, and hands-on technical insight to drive growth, performance, and continuous improvement within the service department.

POSITION INFO:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and support staff to achieve service excellence
Oversee daily service operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, workflow, and quality control
Maintain strong client relationships and handle escalations professionally
Manage department budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive cost and performance improvements
Optimize parts inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement processes
Implement continuous improvement initiatives and stay current with industry standards
Ensure compliance with safety and workplace requirements while fostering a positive team culture

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience in a service and sales-driven environment
Proven background in mechanical systems maintenance, including conveyors and rotating equipment
Strong leadership ability to train, motivate, and develop technical teams
Hands-on technical experience in electrical or mechanical systems (field or workshop)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis
Proficient in service management systems and MS Office tools

Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a Management-related field
Proven track record in technical service management within an engineering or industrial environment
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and internationally when required
