SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a hands-on Service Manager to take charge of all technical service operations, driving performance, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. This role calls for a results-oriented leader skilled in managing technicians, streamlining maintenance operations, and ensuring reliability across refrigeration and compressor systems.

POSITION INFO:

Lead, mentor, and support service technicians to ensure optimal performance and professional growth
Oversee daily service operations, job allocation, and resource planning to meet customer demands
Ensure timely and high-quality maintenance and repair of industrial refrigeration and compressor systems
Drive process improvements to enhance response times, safety, and cost efficiency
Manage departmental KPIs, budgets, and service reports for continuous operational improvement
Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all service activities

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial refrigeration or rotating equipment maintenance
At least 2 years in a leadership or service management capacity
Strong technical background in compressors, electrical systems, and PLC control technologies
Proven ability to lead field teams and drive service quality improvements
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Emotionally intelligent leader with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
Proficient in service management and CMMS platforms

Qualification:
Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Valid SAQCC Gas Category B8 license (Ammonia refrigeration) is advantageous
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a service management or supervisory role
Solid foundation in compressor maintenance and industrial refrigeration systems
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and internationally as required
