We are looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of our infrastructure services.
 
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing IT operations, driving service excellence, and building strong relationships across business and vendor environments.

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery and performance of IT infrastructure services (networks, servers, storage, cloud, enterprise systems).
• Ensure reliability, security, and alignment of IT services with business needs.
• Manage incident, problem, and change processes.
• Enforce, refine, and implement SLAs/OLAs to ensure accountability.
• Lead vendor and contract management, including negotiations and performance reviews.
• Work closely with stakeholders and leadership to align IT services with strategic goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and provide clear communication on IT service performance.

• 5+ years’ experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager in infrastructure environments.
• Formal qualification(s) in ITIL, ITSM, or related frameworks.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and IT Security.
• Experience in managing SLAs/OLAs for both internal teams and external vendors.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor relationship skills.
• Change management experience and familiarity with transformation frameworks.

• Degree in IT
• IT Security & Infrastructure certifications (e.g., A+, N+, Security+).
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and industry best practices.
