SUMMARY:
Our client in the industrial engineering sector seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead service operations. The role requires strong technical expertise, operational insight, and a peopleâfocused approach to ensure effective service delivery, maintain customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement across varied industrial environments.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Mentor, lead and motivate a technical service team to consistently achieve best-in-class service outcomes
Oversee daily service operations, including planning, scheduling, workflow coordination, and quality assurance
Build and maintain strong client relationships by resolving technical and service-related challenges with professionalism, urgency, and integrity
Manage departmental budgets and monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and cost control
Drive strategic initiatives to strengthen team capability, accountability, and overall service performance

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of five years’ experience leading technical or service teams, supported by strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
Practical, hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA, HMI systems, conveyors, and rotating equipment
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary technical teams in demanding environments
Strong background in maintenance, field service, and workshop operations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused and solutions-driven approach

Qualification:

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
Experience managing technical service operations in an industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and internationally
