SUMMARY:
We are searching for a Technical Services Manager who understands that behind every successful healthcare facility is an exceptional engineering and maintenance operation.

This is an opportunity for a seasoned leader to take ownership of critical infrastructure, facilities management, engineering compliance, and technical operations across a leading healthcare environment.

POSITION INFO:
Champion safety, compliance, and engineering best practices while ensuring facilities remain efficient, reliable, and ready to support world-class patient care.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Leading multidisciplinary technical and maintenance teams.
Managing critical infrastructure including HVAC, generators, electrical systems, medical gas installations, water systems, and building services.
Driving preventative maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle management.
Overseeing capital projects, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
Ensuring compliance with all engineering, safety, health, environmental, and statutory regulations.
Managing budgets, contractors, service providers, and technical risk.
Supporting operational continuity through strategic planning and technical leadership.

A Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
Extensive experience managing technical services within a complex operational environment.

Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and contractors.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
