Technical Support & Workshop Manager - Milnerton - R25,000-R30,000 per month

Requirements:

Solar, Backup Power experience (Batteries, Inverters & UPS)
Must Know battery systems
Victron experience highly advantageous
Matric Certificate
Own transport & valid driver’s license
Willing to travel nationally when required
Excellent Customer Service/Dealing with clients
Excellent Organizational Skills

Key Responsibilities:

Support clients on a high level of technical expertise
Keeping track of all repairs nationally
Setup systems in workshop to improve repairs
Send and do reports, report on outstanding and jobs in progress
Ensure all workshop repairs are done timeously
Dealing with clients & technical support
Training & Support to staff
