JOB DESCRIPTION:

Exciting news! if you like to work in a fast-paced environment, where you are challenged by new projects and deadlines. A Global Tech company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their team.

You will be responsible for providing onsite Level 2 Support - resolving technical issues / error messages encountered on a live production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting systems in production in a cloud-based environment.

Requirements:

• 7 years related experience in technical support area

• Exposure to the AWS cloud platform

• A good understanding of CICD and Dev ops

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology; Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.

• Telecommunication industry

• Knowledge of Oracle databases, PL/SQL, C/C++, Python, Perl, HAC/RAC, Java, Linux, SOAP, Tuxedo, XML
