SUMMARY:
Technical Support & Site Manager (based in Kathu)
You will provide essential technical and safety support to both on-site services and workshop teams, ensuring timely and successful job execution.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to influence decisions and maximize opportunities.
• Oversee and expedite spare parts manufacturing and refurbishment processes at the Kathu workshop.
• Ensure quality control and resolve any non-compliance or warranty issues.
• Monitor and support on-site maintenance, repair, and refurbishment activities in the Northern Cape Region.
• Perform technical evaluations for sales opportunities and support tender meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• BTech: Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in mineral processing (coal, ferrous & non-ferrous ores, etc.) is advantageous.
• Proven experience in operations and maintenance.
• Strong skills in reading technical documents, engineering drawings, and project management.

• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Results-focused with a proactive and self-driven attitude.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple tasks.
