JOB SUMMARY:
Join a dynamic and leading company where you will use your expertise and product knowledge to form part of a high-performance customer support team. Use your technical expertise with machines and your customer service experience to manage audits, service level agreements and quotations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Conduct machine audits for both new and old machines

Audit machine efficiencies and optimisation in production lines

Prepare quotes, presentations, and audit reports to clients on solutions for upgrading or providing new machines to meet their production requirements and efficiency

Carry out after-sales services to clients on existing and new installations

Put together Service Level Agreements for clients

Take ownership of duties and be able to work without active supervision

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years experience in machine building or assembly

Sales experience preferred. Marketing background (an advantage)

MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, CAD, Outlook, Internet, MS Navision (an advantage)

Excellent communication and written skills in both English and Afrikaans

Excellent people skills and customer service orientation.

Willing to travel regularly nationally and internationally

Valid driver’s license

Qualification:

BTech/National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Millwright trade

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
