JOB SUMMARY:
Technical Support Solar Project (Gauteng, Midrand)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main objective is to give technical support to account managers, customers/clients and technical team regarding micro gird project, battery storage project, and solar installation and sales. Assisting with fixing and or replacing of product.

Responsibilities:

ØResponsible for pre-sale and after-sales technical promotion work including installer training, system clarification.

ØTroubleshoot and solve customer’s technical issues and complaints via email, phone and onsite visits.

ØReplace or maintain faulty inverter.

ØTest and repair faulty inverters in warehouse and record documentations accurately; help organize faulty inverter recall and shipment if it is asked by China team.

ØCommunicate timely with China team.

ØAny and all other ADHOC duties .

Ø

Educational Background:

ØBachelor degree or above with electronic engineering background is preferred or relevant field.

ØMatric.

Ø

Work Experience:

ØExcellent oral and written English ability.

ØAt least 1 to 3 years of field support, engineering or manufacturing experience is required.

ØCustomer – oriented, strong communication skills, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
