Well established business seeking Technical Support Specialist for a contract position
To Provide high quality application and systems support (Elastic Search)
Understand the nature and business impact of requests and perform the required analyses
Provide second line support for technical and functional solutions

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Related Diploma
Bachelor’s Degree Advantageous

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

At least 3-5 years in an application support environment
Experience working in a high availability environment with multiple operational instances
