We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer with strong hands-on experience in networking, ICT, or consumer electronics environments to join our team.
 
This role is responsible for enabling internal teams, distributors, resellers, and installers through practical, product-focused training that drives confidence, correct installation, and increased product adoption.

Position Overview:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical technical training across our product range, ensuring that sales teams and channel partners have the knowledge and capability to effectively install, support, and sell networking solutions.

Required qualification and working knowledge:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Electronics, ICT, Networking, or a related technical field.
• 3 – 5 years proven hands-on experience in networking, ICT, or hardware-based technical environments.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (routers, switches, access points, IP systems).
• Experience delivering technical training or product enablement.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with installers, resellers, ISPs, or distribution environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical training to internal teams, distributors, resellers, and installers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on workshops.
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and technical documentation.
• Train partners on product setup, configuration, and real-world applications.
• Support sales teams with technical product knowledge and positioning.
• Provide field-based support and training where required.
• Gather and relay market feedback and technical insights to product teams.
• Ensure consistent understanding of product capabilities across all channels.
