POSITION INFO:
Job title: Technical Administrator and Planner  Location: Johannesburg, City Deep  Salary: R25 000.00 Job Duties: New machine installations Liaise with sales on new machine installations happening in future to raise jobs and collect all info about the job. Remain in communication with the customer, team leaders and techs about the details throughout the process of installation until sign-off. Assist to drive the progress until signed off. Coordinate the delivery of equipment to the customer in conjunction with the shipping department. Ensure that the CMMS system is continually updated with all relevant information. Check sign-off documents and communicate to relevant sales and financial personnel. Establish machine folder and populate with all relevant information. Add to FMS System Update relevant details of critical spare parts onto scheduled maintenance and determine requirements from customer to be quoted. Warranty Obligations Collect info about warranty periods, log info and communicate internally and to the customer. Follow up on warranty claims from suppliers until completions   Service and maintenance Updated communication regarding progress, spares updates and additional info on all jobs. Scheduling of jobs in conjunction with techs and team leaders Communication of scheduling including updates and changes to customers. Ensure all documentation is included and correct before closing jobs and communicate requirements with relevant technicians and service providers. Work with Team leaders and techs to set recurring jobs on calendars to ensure an even spread throughout the year accommodating for specific seasonality. Service contracts Assist Service manager with setting up and administration of contracts. Assist to update Quality Management documentation. Administration and general management Update calendar with leave details Update all issue lists and checklists as needed Arrangement for vehicles maintenance and repairs Manage the process of purchasing new vehicles Assist Service manager with training arrangements Assist with onboarding of new technicians Assist Team leaders, technicians and service manager with general admin and communication with suppliers as needed. Update the CMMS with relevant info as required. Manage ordering and issuing of PPE. Cleaner arrangements as needed Manage vehicle fines Customer relations Periodic formal feedback forms management and data collection & consolidation Assist Service manager with the process and communication of customer complaints Warehouse and workshop Equipment scheduled maintenance Pressure vessel Forklift, pallet jacks and lifting equipment maintenance and load tests Calibrations Generator servicing and repairs Renting and purchasing of equipment Requirements: Matric Experience as maintenance planner Extremely well organized Detail orientated Customer focused Good verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft office Experience with a computerized planning system Able to take initiative Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is beneficial   By submitting your information and application you hereby confirm: 1.
