Our client is looking for a high skilled, passionate and experienced System Engineer specializing in the field of mobile Telecommunication.

Job Description:

The Telecommunication System Engineer will be responsible for the specification or RF datalinks, antenna systems, network systems etc. The company follows formal development processes for highly reliable safety critical and mission critical systems.

Qualifications:

B.Eng. / BSc. Electronic Engineering. ( Specialization in Telecommunications, will be advantageous).
Registration required as a Professional Engineer at the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)

Skills & Experience:

5 to 10 years of relevant system engineering experience is required
Primary: Telecommunication system design/specification
Ideally, candidate will be experienced with mobile networks
A background including software development (e.g. C,C++,Python)
Digital networking experience
Familiarity and experience with SATCOM and LOSCOM system
