Telesales

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources

· Contact potential customers through phone calls and emails

· Determine customer needs and offer product or service solutions and support

· Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies

· Close sales and lead customer through the purchasing process

· Meet all quotas for inside and outside sales

· Create and maintain a database of prospective clients

· Establish relationships with new customers

· Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

· Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

· Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
