Telesales Agent

Leading Life Insurance Organisation urgently seeking to onboard 8 Telesales Consultants.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducting outbound calls to potential customers
• Selling the features and benefits of the products that are available 
• Conducting a needs analysis with each client 
• Closing deals in line with company policies and procedures
• Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly targets

Minimum Requirements:

• Insurance experience is an advantage but not a necessity 
• Minimum of 12 months Telesales experience as well as stability working as a Telesales Consultant for a long period of time with the same company
• Outbound sales experience 
• Target driven and eager to be the best
