Essential function:

The above vacancy exists within the Telesales Department in Sales Division focusing on Financial products including Credit Solutions and reports to the Telesales Manager.

The purpose is to support new and existing clients telephonically, grow the Telesales Base and work as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals. To provide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner.

Skills and Experience:

Experience required:

At least 1-2 years working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role within the telecoms (or related) industry

Beneficial:

Competent Computer keyboard skills
Understanding of current products

Key Accountabilities:

Achieve Telesales Budgets
Grow and service the Telesales Customer Base
Compilation of month end reports
Assisting clients with billing, system and general queries
Conducting telephonic product training
Processing client agreements timeously
