JOB SUMMARY:
The main purpose of this position is to grow the SMB business book by finding and signing new customers in the small to medium sized fleet industry, as well as to convert new leads provided into the SMB Telesales space to customers. Further to this, the Agent is responsible to manage a group of existing customers

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

To promote and sell the various company products telephonically to self-generated new customers as well as to sell and upsell these products to allocated leads and or existing customers in ensuring that the Agents allocated sales target is constantly achieved.
To actively pursue leads provided by Management and consistently follow up on these leads
To ensure that clients are contacted and consulted in the event of the possible renewal of the client’s contract
Ensuring monthly targets are achieved
To receive and resolve inbound and outbound telephonic calls and queries from clients for example, renewal of contracts, installations and billing queries
To provide the client with the necessary documentation to resolve the client’s request
To ensure that the CRM system is constantly updated with regards to possible leads as well us to update client details

Requirements:
* Grade 12/Matric
* Minimum 3 years relevant experience
* Minimum of 3 years direct Cold Calling
* Telephonic Selling experience
* MS Office - Intermediate
