REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12
Qualification in Finance
Minimum of 1 year of experience
Analytical
Administrative capability
Experience in ERP systems (SAP) would be advantageous
MS Excel skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Debtors, creditors, cash book, and relevant monthly journal entries, including projects
Support the finance division as requested
Debtors
- Daily invoicing (ad-hoc invoices not handled by the SCM team)
- Monthly reconciliations
- Monthly - customer statements
- Monthly - cash recoveries
Creditors
- Daily invoice bookings (including inter-company transactions)
- Weekly or monthly vendor payment allocations
- Monthly account reconciliations
- Monthly credit card accounts reconciliations
- General ledger
- Weekly/ monthly ad-hoc journal entries, e.g. accruals, adjustments
- Monthly petty cash card reconciliations
