SUMMARY:
A well-established public entity is seeking to appoint a Temp Legal & Compliance Services Practitioner for a 6 Months Contract

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and Experience: The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications and experience: LLB degree. Minimum 5-8 years post-admission experience. Admission as an attorney or advocate of the High Court (admitted legal practitioner).Compliance qualification and at least 5 years' experience in compliance management. Experience in drafting and vetting a variety of complex agreements. Advanced knowledge of SCM legislation, policies, and processes applicable in the public sector or entity. Positive attitude. Innovative thinking skills. Ability to read, analyse and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardised situations. Knowledge of legal platforms. Compliance Management will be an added advantage.
