Temp Office and Administrative Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We''''re currently seeking a Temp Office & Administrative Assistant on a 3 Month Contract to commence on 1 July 2022 for a client to be based in Johannesburg Duties & Responsibilities • Ensure a personal and professional customer experience for anyone coming/visiting into the office. • Provide customer service to all employees and guests by being able to help with any receptionist-related requests and needs • Maintain daily visitor registration responsibilities through a guest security registration system either monitored by the building or company • Responsible for greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive to the office, checking them in through the guest registration system and directing guests to the appropriate person, maintaining office security by following safety and access control procedures via the reception desk in the lobby • Responsible for the maintenance of tables, chairs, and counters, carrying out tasks such as dusting, spraying, and cleaning Desired Experience & Qualification • Basic computer literacy • Exceptional customer service orientation, skills and approach and able to anticipate service requests
