SUMMARY:
My Client, a reputable law firm in Pretoria East, is seeking a reliable and hands-on Temporary Driver to join their professional team.

A valid PDP is a requirement.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Valid PDP licence (Professional Driving Permit)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Presentable, courteous, and discreet when interacting with VIP clients.
Must reside in or near Pretoria East.
Ability to work overtime when required. I.E, be at the office at 6 am or work until 6 pm when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive to the post office and manage DOCEX collections and deliveries.
Transport VIP clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Purchase office supplies and small equipment.
Issue and sign out stock, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry in Excel and Word.
Handle ad hoc errands as required.
