Job Description:

A well-established clothing factory in Montague Gardens is seeking a Temporary Quality Control (QC) Checker to support production and finishing operations. The successful candidate must have previous experience working within a clothing factory environment and a strong understanding of garment quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough quality inspections on finished garments

• Checking garments for defects such as stitching faults, fabric flaws, sizing discrepancies, and finishing errors

• Ensuring garments meet company quality standards and production specifications

• Measuring garments accurately according to size charts and specifications

• Reporting defects to supervisors and production teams timeously

• Monitoring production quality at various stages of the manufacturing process

• Ensuring correct labeling, tagging, and packaging standards are followed

• Maintaining accurate QC records and documentation

• Supporting factory floor operations where required

• Adhering to factory safety procedures and quality protocols

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QC Checker within a clothing factory (non-negotiable)

• Strong knowledge of garment construction and quality standards

• Ability to identify stitching, fabric, and finishing defects

• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines

• Available immediately for a temporary assignment
