SUMMARY:
Our client is a national role player in the electrical and renewable energy industry and has branches nationwide. They currently require an experienced, organised Tender Administrator who will administrate the tender process from receipt to delivery. The candidate can be based in one of the following locations: Cape Town, Gauteng, Durban, Bloemfontein or Nelspruit.

POSITION INFO:
Duties will include:

Receive, process, record and track all tenders.
Support with the formatting/quality control activities of tender applications and supporting material
Provide general administrative support wrt tenders
Be responsible for sourcing and providing relevant information, as required.
Any other duties as required

To apply for this role you will need:

Experience in tender administration, in the technical industry, but experience in an electrical / renewable energy industry is highly advantageous and is definitely the preference.
Minimum Matric
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (Spoken and Written)
The ability to work both as a team member and on own initiative when required
Experience of using Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail

This position requires at least 2 years experience, but more senior candidates can also apply. The salary is market related and will be based on skills and experience.
