SUMMARY:
Tender Administrator (Mobile)
Flexible / Project-Based (Travel Required)

Job Purpose:
To manage and coordinate the full tendering process, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely submission of tender documents. The role requires a mobile individual who is able to attend site briefings, client meetings, and tender clarification sessions as required.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Compile, prepare, and submit tender documentation in line with client requirements and deadlines
Monitor tender portals and identify new opportunities
Attend compulsory site briefings, clarification meetings, and tender-related engagements
Liaise with internal departments (estimating, finance, operations) to gather required information
Ensure all tender submissions are complete, accurate, and compliant with specifications
Maintain an organized filing system for all tender documents and correspondence
Track tender outcomes and maintain a tender register
Assist with pricing schedules, BOQs, and supporting documentation where required
Ensure adherence to company policies and tendering procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Tender Administrator or in a similar role
Strong understanding of tender processes and documentation
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
Willingness and ability to travel to site briefings and meetings

Additional Information:

This is a mobile role requiring regular travel to attend site briefings and client meetings
Travel will be reimbursed at AA rates
