Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Tender Processes: From enquiry to final submission, ensuring full compliance and exceptional quality
• Craft Winning Pricing Models: Balancing competitive edge with profitability
• Coordinate Cross-Functionally: Work with Sales, Projects, Technical, and Finance to build comprehensive bids
• Analyze Commercials: Provide cost breakdowns and margin analysis for accurate, profitable submissions
• Engage with Clients: Clarify scopes, negotiate pricing, and align expectations
• Streamline Documentation: Organize, archive, and maintain accurate records
• Monitor Markets: Stay on top of trends and competitor pricing strategies
• Spot Risks: Flag contractual and commercial risks and guide internal decisions
• Drive Process Improvement: Propose tools and systems to boost accuracy and speed

• 5+ years in tendering, pricing, or estimating within construction or engineering
• Relevant Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, or Construction Management preferred
• Excel Mastery: Advanced spreadsheet skills are a must
• Strong Commercial IQ: Deep understanding of cost structures, GP%, breakeven analysis, and JBCC/FIDIC
• Organizational Wizardry: Able to juggle multiple bids and deadlines
• Clear Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills
• Proactive Attitude: Ownership mentality with solution-driven thinking
• Industry Know-How: Experience in data centre or infrastructure projects is a big plus
