An international company in the agriculture and Industrial equipment industry is seeking a Territory Customer Support Manager to join their dynamic team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:

A renouned multinational industrial equipment company is seeking a Territory Customer Support Manager who will provide product and customer support, address technical issues for customers, provide technical/ product training to the relevent stakeholders, assist in product marketing and manage customer relationships.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Degree in Education, Business Management, Technical, Marketing or Agricultural science discipline

1-3 years experience of customer support in the industrial machinery or equipment industry

1+ experieince in a customer facing role

1-3 years of experience in the automotive, agriculture equipment, mining equipment or industrial equipment industry
