Test Analyst

POSITION INFO:

 You’ll need:

• A large amount of awesome
• 2+ years experience in software testing
• Exposure to testing tools (i.e. MS Test Manager, HP QC, LoadRunner, Charles)
• Experience with automation testing and tools (i.e. Selenium, UFT/QFT) will be highly beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Experience within the short-term insurance industry is a must
• A relevant IT degree or diploma
• ISTQB Certification or equivalent will be beneficial

Your responsibilities will be (but aren’t limited to):

• Being the person your dog thinks you are
• Participating in all SCRUM ceremonies
• Perform test analysis on user stories/requirements provided
• Generate test cases that verify software conformance to some defined acceptance criteria (manual or automated)
• Execute and evaluate test cases and report test results
• Defect tracking of all defects logged in your team
• Participating in roll-outs and go-live activities
