SUMMARY:

Senior QA Test Analyst / QA Engineer

Are you passionate about quality engineering and ensuring exceptional software delivery? We're looking for a Senior QA professional to lead testing initiatives, drive automation, and champion quality across Agile delivery teams.

POSITION INFO:
Essential Skills Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG Programming experience in Java, C#, or Python for test automation Experience working in Agile\/Scrum environments Performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner Exposure to CI\/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and Git Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Role & Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Lead and mentor junior QA team members, promoting testing best practices and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to ensure quality throughout the SDLC. Identify, document, track, and validate defects through to resolution. Perform functional, regression, performance, and load testing. Drive improvements in QA processes, frameworks, and testing methodologies. Contribute to the adoption of automated testing and CI\/CD quality practices.
