SUMMARY:
Test Automation Architect

POSITION INFO:

The Key Performance Areas of this role will be as follows:
• Develop and implement the test automation strategy across the organisation
• Develop and ensure adoption of test automation frameworks, principles, standards, and tools
• Develop and ensure adoption of test automation reusable patterns, components, and templates
• Provide test automation leadership and mentoring for product teams across the organisation
• Provide hands on test automation and technical assistance to product teams
• Provide test automation direction and guidance across the organisation
• Assist product teams to implement test automation across their solutions
• Assist product teams to increase test coverage and decrease test execution times
• Perform research and development for new and innovative approaches and technologies

You should have:
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum of 5 years testing and QA experience
• Minimum of 3 years test automation experience
• Solid experience using Appium, Selenium, Azure DevOps and Visual Studio
• Solid experience in test automation using Microsoft and open source technologies
• Solid track record with successful delivery in the test automation discipline
• Broad deep knowledge in DevOps and continuous integration and continuous delivery practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical skills
• Strong conflict management skills
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisation skills
• The ability to persuade and influence
• A focus on delivering results and meeting customer expectations
