POSITION INFO:

You will be responsible for driving test automation and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. Working within an Agile team, you will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to maintain testing standards and improve overall system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks
Build and execute automated and manual test cases
Perform API, functional, and performance testing
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and quality assurance processes
Identify, monitor, and manage product risks and dependencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Review requirements and ensure test coverage aligns with business needs
Support and guide team members on QA best practices

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years QA experience
4–6 years test automation experience
4+ years in a leadership or management role
Strong programming experience in Python, C#, or Node.js
Hands-on experience with:
- Playwright / Robot Framework
- API testing (Postman, RestAssured, SOAPUI)
- Performance testing (JMeter)
Experience working with:
- CI/CD pipelines
- BDD / TDD practices
- Agile methodologies
- Jira, Confluence, XRAY

Qualifications

BSc in Information Science or related field
ISTQB Certification

Advantageous Experience

Exposure to HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, or Finance systems
Understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud environments, and UX/UI principles
